Special Interest Group Event Form

To facilitate successful gatherings, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Collaborate on Ideas: Engage with your co-chair, SIG members, and/or PWCC VP to brainstorm event concepts. It is recommended to schedule all events for the semester in one go, aiming for five events per SIG each year.

  2. Confirm and Schedule: Once you have finalized your event ideas, select the dates and complete the form provided below. Please avoid scheduling events during the same week as our Networking Luncheons (typically the second Wednesday of each month) or larger PWCC events like the Fall Fête.

  3. Submit Your Event: The VP will ensure that your event is listed on the website and promoted via social media. Please direct any questions to the VP.
